HomeAdvocate (homeadvocate.ai) operates homeadvocate.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and when we share it. We do not sell your personal information.

- Account data: phone number used to sign in via one-time passcode (OTP).
- Case content: HOA notices, documents, intake chat messages, letter drafts, and property details you provide.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store payment session identifiers and plan/credit status; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Authenticate your account and keep you signed in
- Generate, store, and share HOA response letters you request
- Provide customer support and improve the product
- Comply with law and prevent abuse
When we share information
We share data only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Twilio (authentication OTP delivery)
- Stripe (payments)
- AWS / hosting and database providers that store application data
- AI model providers used to draft letters from content you submit
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep account and case data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and limited employee access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
homeadvocate.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
